The lower floor brings together the main family living areas, with separate lounge and dining spaces, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, a bedroom/study and the double garage.
The upper floor contains three bedrooms, bathroom and WC facilities, wardrobe space and a deck. The floor-plan drawings identify approximately 136 m² on the lower floor and 65 m² on the upper floor. Construction was by builder Richard van Weerd of V W Developments.
